Bookings & Cancellations
Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance for any changes or cancellations to avoid a fee. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge, and no-shows will be charged in full. Cancellations via social media within 24 hours are not accepted; please contact us by phone or email.
What if I'm Running Late?
If you are running late, please notify us immediately. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Our Prices
Prices may vary based on hair length, thickness, and style. Significant price changes will be communicated by your stylist in advance.
Service Guarantee
We offer a complimentary redo within 7 days if you are not satisfied with the result, but this does not include a complete change of style.
